Government regulators of gambling in the Netherlands and the UK have entered into an agreement of understanding.
This document will allow the Dutch and British authorities, in particular, to freely exchange information and work closely on the control of online gambling, as well as to make joint efforts to protect players and to combat money laundering and terrorist financing.
Such a move by the departments is important, since online gambling has become transnational, said representatives of the Dutch state regulator.
